Texas Rangers Gains from ULTI Tool (ULTI)

UltiPro Software from Ultimate Software is a comprehensive SaaS-or cloud-based solution that serves organizations in the Unites States and Canada.

The solution caters to a wide array of operations like talent acquisition and onboarding, human resources (HR) management and compliance, benefits management and online enrollment, payroll, performance management, salary planning and budgeting for compensation management, succession management, reporting and analytical decision-making tools, and time and attendance.

Based in Arlington, Texas Rangers Baseball, LLC is a 2000 employee professional baseball team. Using UltiPro from Ultimate Software, Texas, has significantly improved hiring efficiencies; streamlined multiple HR business processes, including onboarding and time management; and can better manage and forecast human capital expenses with UltiPro.

The HR team of Ultimate Software earlier faced challenges in identifying and hiring approximately 1,200 individuals in a variety of roles, which include security, parking, and customer service representatives.

The use of UltiPro has enabled the HR and payroll teams of Texas Rangers to improve their seasonal hiring, automate manual processes, and provide better service to candidates who are willing to work for the Texas Rangers.

Using the UltiPro Recruitment, applicants are now able to complete forms online, which in turn reduce paper usage along with improving the accuracy of hiring information. Along with other usage complexities relatively flattened out, hiring process was made smoother in 2012 for Texas Rangers.

UltiPro software has been gaining strength in recent times. Earlier, UltiPro solution was selected by insurance company, Sammons Financial Group (SFG), to better manage its operations.

The solution will enable Sammons to enhance employee communication, provide direct access to employee data for managers and help develop and provide people-centric reporting and business intelligence.
