LOS ALTOS, Calif., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Frequentz, a leader in real-time traceability and information management software, has entered into an agreement with IBM Corporation to acquire the assets and expert resources of IBM’s InfoSphere Traceability Server (ITS) Software. The transaction closed on September 30, 2012. Financial terms were not disclosed.
