HCG, based in Brentwood, TN, specializes in retained executive search and leadership consulting. Ed Chaffin, founder and president of HCI, had been looking to expand the firm that he launched in 2009 when he and Steve Hayes, founder and senior partner of HCG, met and realized the potential of working together.
