Randstad Announces Key Marketing, Legal Executive Appointments in U.S.

ATLANTA, June 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ — Randstad, the second largest HR services and staffing company in the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kristin Kelley and Jay Ferguson to lead the organization’s U.S. marketing and legal functions, respectively. These key leadership appointments underscore Randstad’s commitment to continued growth and success in the U.S. marketplace.

The recent acquisition of SFN Group creates a unique opportunity for Randstad to lead the U.S. market through the combined strength of its people, resources, experience, recruiting ability, local and industry knowledge and customer understanding.

To help support its growth objectives, Randstad has appointed Kristin Kelley, previously vice president of marketing for Randstad U.S., Professionals, to executive vice president of marketing for Randstad U.S. Kelley brings more than a decade of experience in the staffing industry to this leadership position, where she will oversee Randstad’s comprehensive marketing function for both its general staffing and professionals businesses in the U.S.

Randstad has also appointed Jay Ferguson as chief legal officer. With in-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment, he will be responsible for coordinating the company’s overall U.S. legal strategy for general staffing and professionals. Ferguson, who has been with Randstad for almost three years, was previously a partner with Duane Morris LLP. He also served as outside counsel to Randstad for nine years.
