Leadcom Group has successfully finalized the sale of Leadcom Israel to one of Israel’s largest holdings groups. Leadcom Israel, the Israeli subsidiary of Leadcom Integrated Solutions has been active for the past 30 years in the advanced and competitive Israeli telecom market.

The Leadcom Israel sale will allow Leadcom Integrated Solutions to focus on its growing business in Africa and Latin America, and to leverage Leadcom’s strengths as a leading system integrator and service provider in the telecommunications infrastructure market.

The accelerated track to recovery

Over the past two years, the management of Leadcom’s holding company has implemented a turnaround plan. In the first three quarters of 2011, and following the plan, Leadcom has achieved turnover of over $72 million, with unprecedented profit of over $11.4 million.
