(NYSE: SLH), the leading global provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, today announced that it has purchased K&S Beheer B.V., a leading, Netherlands-based collision repair shop management system provider. Combining K&S Beheer’s market-leading products with Solera’s distribution capabilities will allow Solera to offer collision repair shops in the Netherlands an integrated management solution that controls most operational elements of the collision repair process.
