MEXICO CITY, Dec. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit issues the following statement with respect to the Mexico City Airport Trust (“MEXCAT“) and the tender offers and consent solicitations announced on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.

The offers have received the overwhelming support of MEXCAT’s noteholders. MEXCAT has received tenders and consents from holders of a substantial majority of the principal amount of Notes of each series.
