CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — SensorRX, Inc., a leading provider of patient generated health data (PGHD), has agreed to terms to acquire Welltodo, LLC, developer of the iPhone application Migraine Coach™ for an undisclosed cash and stock deal.

St. Louis-based Welltodo broke new ground in early 2015 with Migraine Coach, a migraine management application for consumers. Migraine Coach is a global leader with its iterative design principles and advanced algorithmic approach to tracking debilitating migraine headaches. Migraine Coach originally received financial support from Kansas City-based Digital Sandbox KC and was a member of ITEN in Saint Louis, MO.

MigrnX was released in 2017 for the iPhone and Android and developed with assistance from the Texas Medical Center Innovation Institute’s accelerator program (TMCx) and tested within Carolinas Healthcare (now Atrium Health). Migraine Coach users will be integrated into MigrnX™ immediately.
