The board of directors have instructed senior management to perform a final visit in the month of March to meet all of the employees and management of Michelis.

The acquisition of Michelis Egidio SNC is expected to add $23 million USD in revenue for the company.

Romana Food Blockchain Crop and Michelis Egidio SNC expect the acquisition to take place on or before April 30, 2018.
