Charles A. Buchbinder, M.D. graduated from the University of the East College of Medicine in Manila, Philippines in 1981 and has been practicing dermatology for over 32 years. He completed a residency at the University of Cincinnati Hospital and is currently affiliated with Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
