WALLDORF, Germany, Nov. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — The company REALTECH AG will sell its American subsidiary REALTECH Inc. USA. The supervisory board approved the selling agreement. The Management Buy-Out will be effective on 31 October 2017. As signed 30 October 2017, the American subsidiary will be taken over by the local managing director. Furthermore, the negating partners agreed upon a reseller-agreement. This agreement concerns the existing software solutions and allows continuity in selling and support to American software solution customers in the United States.
