ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill., Sept. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG) today announced that its subsidiary, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., has acquired National Transportation Adjusters, Inc. in Scottsdale, Arizona. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

National Transportation Adjusters, Inc. is a third-party claims administrator with deep expertise in managing long-haul and corporate fleet transportation claims for businesses and insurance companies throughout the United States. Keith Dunlap and his associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Scott R. Hudson, President and CEO of Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc.
