Chicago’s Fusion92, Acquires ADS Media Group, Reinforcing Tie Between Digital and Physical

CHICAGO, March 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Chicago’s Fusion92 announced the acquisition of ADS Media Group.

ADS Media will continue to operate out of it’s San Antonio headquarters, however, ADS will be seeking to open a Chicago based-sales office. ADS Media Group will be headed up by Bobby Mahler as President and will continue operating as Fusion92 company.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
