The announcement was made by Tim Laura, president of ODMS. He said Bob Shenefelt, president of RCS, will continue as an advisor to the ODMS management team. “Adding Bob Shenefelt and many of the dedicated people of RCS to the already talented team at ODMS creates a formidable competitor in the realm of International mail,” said Laura.
