Homebuyers at Reunion can choose from 7 one- and two-story floor plans. The master planned community comprises 94 single family homes. These homes can include up to seven bedrooms and four baths. Each home can be customized as per buyers’ preference related to flooring, cabinetry and paint colors. All the homes feature spacious rooms, loft areas and an optional finished basement. Moreover, all of these homes incorporate energy saving and water efficient features to help residents save on their utility bills.
Reunion residents can also enjoy easy access to employment centers, downtown Denver, Denver International Airport, and shopping, dining and golf areas. The community features on-site amenities, such as a state-of-the-art recreation center, a large neighborhood park, outdoor pool with interactive water features, and walking trails.
With the prospect of strong housing recovery in 2016, primarily on the back of job and income growth, economic recovery, improving consumer confidence, moderating home price gains, and affordable interest rates, most homebuilders are seeking to strengthen their position.
KB Home consistently aims to boost its community count in the highly favorable submarkets as part of its growth strategy. In fact, strong community count aided the homebuilding company to deliver a better-than-expected first quarter 2016 results on Mar 23. The quarterly results were marked by better-than-expected revenues driven by strong housing demand and solid traffic. Strong community count positioned KB Home well to meet this strong housing demand and solid traffic in the first quarter of 2016.
