STAG Industrial Issues $100 Million Of Senior Unsecured Notes

BOSTON, Dec. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — STAG Industrial, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE:STAG), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the acquisition and operation of single-tenant, industrial properties throughout the United States, announced today that on December 15, 2015 the Company closed and funded the previously announced $100,000,000 private placement of senior unsecured notes issued by the Company’s operating partnership. These notes will pay a fixed rate of 3.98% and mature on January 5, 2023.

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the private placement to repay amounts outstanding under its unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, including the funding of future acquisitions.
