SAO PAULO, Dec. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Lockton Brazil is pleased to announce the acquisition of VIS Corretora de Seguros e Beneficios Ltda (VIS), a specialist insurance and employee benefits broker in Sao Paulo with 27 staff members. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The agreement is effective January 1, 2016.

It is anticipated that by early January, VIS´staff will be fully integrated into Lockton Brazil´s new Sao Paulo offices at Rua Alexandre Dumas, 2200.

VIS is a consulting, insurance brokerage, and benefits advisor which offers customers full risk consulting support. VIS guides clients in all aspects of their business from operations to attracting and retaining talent.
