NORTH CHARLESTON, SC, Dec. 4, 2015 /CNW/ – The Article 6 Marital Trust created under the First Amended and Restated Jerry Zucker Revocable Trust dated 4-2-07 (the “Trust“) announced today that it has purchased 10,100 common shares of Colabor Group Inc. (“Colabor“) (TSX Venture: GCL) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of Cdn$1.06 per share. Anita G. Zucker is the trustee of the Trust.

The 10,100 common shares purchased by the Trust represent approximately 0.03% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Colabor.

Prior to the transaction, the Trust owned 3,278,900 common shares and debentures in the principal amount of Cdn$695,000 which are convertible into 41,245 common shares. Together this represents approximately 12.06% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Colabor if the Trust converted its debentures into common shares. As a result of the transaction, the Trust owns or has the right to convert into, 3,330,245 common shares, or approximately 12.10% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Colabor.

The common shares and debentures of Colabor were acquired for investment purposes. The Trust may acquire additional common shares and/or debentures of Colabor, subject to price and availability.
