RIVIERA BEACH, Fla., Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — National Millwork, Inc., a commercial and residential, door, hardware, trim and specialties manufacturer/distributor/contractor, reported Tuesday that they have completed the acquisition of Elite Door and Trim in Denton, Texas.

“Acquiring Elite Door and Trim represents a strategic growth step for National Millwork,” said Otto Nonnenmann, CEO of National Millwork, “Elite will immediately have access to all of the manufacturing resources of National, and we plan to add manufacturing capability in Texas within the next year.”

Elite currently operates predominantly in Texas and has a healthy project back-log. With the acquisition National Millwork should be able to obtain contracts in approximately 60% of the United States.

“Our objective is to significantly increase the revenue of Elite,” said Nonnenmann, “We project that the combined revenue of National Millwork and Elite should double between 2015 and 2016.”
