NEW CENTURY HOSPICE ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF FAMILY HOSPICE IN BOULDER, COLORADO

DALLAS, Dec. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — New Century Hospice, one of the nation’s largest regional hospices based in Dallas, Texas, announced today it has acquired 100% of the member interests in Family Hospice, LLC, a hospice provider located in Boulder, Colorado, effective November 30, 2015. Purchase price and terms were not disclosed.

New Century Hospice, Inc. has been in the top 100 fastest growing companies for the past four years according to SMU Cox School of Business. The Company now operates 19 locations in 6 states, including Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia.
