BATON ROUGE, La., June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — First National Bankers Bank (“FNBB”) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Independent Bankers’ Bank of Florida (“IBBF”), Lake Mary, Florida.

FNBB is the single banking subsidiary of First National Bankers Bankshares, Inc. both of which are headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. FNBB’s Chairman Joseph F. The definitive agreement that was announced today will further expand FNBB across the Gulf South providing a new regional office location in Lake Mary, Florida and increasing FNBB’s customer base to over 800 financial institutions.
