PCH Acquires LiveToWin and Expands ‘Chance-to-Win’ Offering

NEW YORK, April 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — PCH (Publishers Clearing House), a leading interactive media Company, has announced the acquisition of LiveToWin, a Boston-based mobile development studio created by mobile gaming company Online Convergence Corp.

Online Convergence launched LiveToWin, its flagship mobile app, on iOS and Android in 2013. The app entertains and engages users through polls, videos and free entries to daily sweepstakes. The LiveToWin app resonates particularly well with a younger (18-35) demographic, which is a key growth opportunity for PCH.

This acquisition is part of a larger strategic vision for PCH to expand its dominant position as the premier free-to-play, chance-to-win media and entertainment Company. The LiveToWin acquisition is the second acquisition this year for PCH following the recent acquisition of Plethora Mobile, a NYC-based programmatic platform for mobile advertising.
