NESCONSET, N.Y., Jan. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Eco Petroleum Solutions, Inc. (OTC Markets “ECPO”) announces that it has completed the acquisition of Bottle Brands, of Dolton Illinois, effective January 7, 2015.

Bottle Brands has been in the business of bottling low cost anti-freeze in the Chicago area for the past several years. It has recently contracted a second bottling line to handle low-end motor oil as well. Rodney Barrington, has built Bottle Brands into a well known wholesale supplier to the area.

Mr. Barrington will take over as President and Chief Operating Officer of Eco Petroleum Solutions, Inc. bringing his long experience in operations to the Company.
