Logitech International SA’s (LOGI) video conferencing segment recently unveiled their latest additions to the proven Lifesize cloud video conferencing service. This apart, the company also launched a couple of new products, Lifesize Icon 400 and Lifesize Icon Flex.
These innovative products are designed for revolutionizing the video conferencing experience for all enterprises, big and small alike. The latest offerings are not only hassle-free and easy to use, but they are also compatible with a range of devices, applications, browsers as well as Lifesize endpoints.
The increasing adaptation of video conferencing techniques across all key industries, for connecting people at different locations, has been on a rise. However, the dearth of hassle-free, budget friendly systems was posing a setback for the growing enterprises. Logitech, with its novel cloud-based solutions, aims to bridge this gap by providing high-quality and reliable video conferencing systems, which are also user-friendly and economically priced.
Additionally, these offerings are expected to lend a new lease of life to the company’s struggling video conferencing segment. The segment revenues have been declining for the last two quarters due to lower demand for the high-cost hardware-centric offerings, which were only affordable by the bigger firms.
However, the aforementioned products, being based on cloud, are not only budget-friendly but can also be deployed with ease even by the smaller firms to enhance their performance.
Logitech, at present, sports a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy). Other stocks in the computer peripheral market worth considering include Analogic Corp. (ALOG) Mercury Systems, Inc.
