Recently, Ryland Group Inc. (RYL) unveiled a new community called Northern Terrace Brookline at Providence, Las Vegas, NV.
Homebuyers at Northern Terrace Brookline will be offered flexible floor plans for single family homes including up to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 2-car garage. Northern Terrace Brookline Homes are priced from $240’s.The homes also feature Ryland’s Signature Rooftop Decks, which are perfect for outdoor entertainment.
The residents will enjoy easy access to The Club at Northern Terrace, which includes three swimming pools, a spa, cabanas, a BBQ area, a fitness center, a children’s play area, and a room with an entertainment center and gourmet kitchen.
Meanwhile, homes in Northern Terrace Brookline will also feature Ryland’s HouseWorks program. This program reduces utility bills and protects the environment through the use of low-E window, energy star appliances and less volatile organic compounds paint among others.
The housing market has recovered at a steady pace in the second half of 2014 after a slump at the beginning, thanks to overall economic growth, improving job numbers, growing consumer confidence, moderating home prices, stabilizing mortgage rates and a low level of housing inventory.
Though housing starts and permits declined in the month of November, the broader housing trends remained stable to slightly positive. Despite soft housing starts in November, analysts in general believe that the underlying housing conditions remain stable and will pick up momentum in 2015.
Most homebuilders are opening new home communities in order to meet the increase in demand in the upcoming quarters.
