Macquarie (MIC) Raises Stake in Idaho Wind Power Project

Infrastructure service provider, Macquarie Infrastructure Company ( MIC ) recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of an additional stake in Idaho Wind Partners (IWP), taking its total interest in the project to 72.4%. IWP is a 183 megawatt power generation project located near Twin Falls, Idaho. Pershing LLC, a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation ( BK ), was held accountable for violating the Customer Protection Rule and maintaining inadequate supervisory system by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
