The Property, which is to be rebranded “The Campus,” is currently comprised of 856,515 square feet of office and industrial space. The project will undergo a multi-million dollar repositioning plan to transform the Campus into a contemporary mixed business park , by demolishing certain obsolete buildings and adding new creative office, R&D and retail spaces, as well as a repurposing the exterior environment with significant outdoor amenities. The Campus will create an experience unique in all of the San Fernando Valley.
