DALLAS, Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Oilfield Water Logistics (OWL), a Natural Gas Partners (NGP) portfolio company providing water infrastructure and services to the energy industry, has expanded its network into three new states – Colorado, Utah and Wyoming – by acquiring assets of WestWater Energy.

This acquisition reinforces OWL’s commitment to expanding and strengthening its water infrastructure and service offerings. The transaction adds three state-of-the-art water evaporation facilities to the existing OWL portfolio, including Danish Flats Environmental Services in Cisco, Utah, Pumpkin Buttes Waste Water Treatment facility near Gillette, Wyoming, and Wamsutter Wastewater Treatment Facility in Wamsutter, Wyoming. Also part of the acquisition are five immediate development projects to further expand OWL’s water infrastructure network, including a new solids facility in Meeker, Colorado. The transaction further establishes a regional office for OWL in the Denver area.
