LMIT is a cloud managed services provider (MSP) delivering private-label cloud solutions, and IT operational support for members of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN). LMIT customers span the range of APN members, including start-ups, high growth companies, application developers, resellers and systems integrators. The synergies of this transaction are clear, both broadening the portfolio of services available to all Day1 customers, and adding to an already exceptional cloud support team. LMIT CEO Mike Bradicich and his team will join Day1 Solutions, with Bradicich tapped to lead the combined cloud managed services group.
