MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Oct. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — Deal Networks, Inc., a Nevada corporation, has executed a Securities Exchange Agreement with the members and managers of Haute Dining LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company. Pursuant to the agreement, Deal Networks acquired 100% of the outstanding securities of Haute Dining.

The board of directors of Deal Networks has appointed Richard “Buzzy” Sklar to serve as president and chief executive officer of the company.

“We have identified increasing demand for the Haute Dining program beyond South Florida,” said Sklar. “Haute Dining’s acquisition by Deal Networks is a strategic move to allow the company to quickly expand into additional markets.”

Haute Dining will remain the principal business of Deal Networks for the foreseeable future. Haute Dining members pay an annual subscription fee to receive access to special restaurant offers and events. Participating partner restaurants use the Haute Dining marketing platform for free, in exchange for a commitment to provide dining discounts to members.

Haute Dining made a splash earlier this summer with its brash entry into Miami’s blossoming culinary scene. The company recently launched Broward County operations, and is planning to expand into Palm Beach County before the end of the year.

“We fully expect to have all of South Florida and the Palm Beaches operational before the end of 2014,” says Sklar. “This will pave the way for the launch of additional markets and expansion during 2015.”
