HARVEY, Ill., Oct. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Atkore International Inc. (“Atkore”), today announced that it has acquired American Pipe & Plastics, Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of PVC conduit serving the Telecommunications, Cable TV, Power and Fiber Optic infrastructure markets (www.ampipe.com).
