The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) recently announced the launch of its Tide Professional Coldwater System, which includes four items – a near-neutral pH detergent, fabric softener, bleach and whiteness enhancer. The system uses unique enzymes, designed particularly for effective stain removal.
Tide Professional Coldwater System saves a significant portion of laundry care expenses annually, with lower energy consumption and less water requirement in cold temperatures. Tide Professional’s near-neutral pH formula protects fabric and makes them last longer, hence reducing linen replacement costs.
This system is especially apt for commercial use, mainly by consumers related to the hospitality industry. When used for commercial purpose, Tide Professional can save up to $8,700 annually, for a 150 room property.
P&G is known for its impressive product development capabilities and marketing prowess. In order to maintain its brand appeal, the company focuses on innovation and expansion of its product portfolio. The Tide Professional Coldwater System is one such addition to its portfolio and is in line with the company’s belief that consistent product innovation, supported by strong marketing and commercialization, will deliver strong results over the long term.
Tide is one of the 23 Billion Dollar Brands owned by P&G. With increasing concern for environment and need for lower expenses, the recent product should appeal to the commercial customers.
