(NASDAQ: MDCA; TSX: MDZ.A) announced today that Doner Media is joining forces with its sister MDC Partners media agency, Assembly, which launched in March as the industry’s first new scaled U.S. media agency in over 15 years. As part of the union, Greg Clausen, EVP, Chief Media Officer of Doner Media, will join the Assembly leadership team as Managing Partner. Complementing Assembly’s existing operations in New York, the addition of Doner Media’s capabilities to the agency extends Assembly’s geographical breadth with talent in Detroit, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Cleveland, while also providing deep expertise in local broadcast planning and buying.
