Ryland Unveils Community of Single Family Homes in Indiana

Zacks

Recently, Ryland Group Inc. (RYL) unveiled a new community of single family homes, called Conner Crossing, in Noblesville, IN. Prices of these spacious homes start from $290’s onward.

The single family homes at Conner Crossing will feature floor plans from the company’s prestigious Estate Collections. These homes accommodate ample living space, up to 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3-car garages. The residents will enjoy easy access to shopping, dinning, parks, trails and other entertainment options.

Homes in Conner Crossing will also feature Ryland’s HouseWorks program. This program reduces utility bills and protects environment through the use of low-E window, energy star appliances and low Volatile organic compounds (VOC) paint, among others.

Home builders are having a good time since August, when housing starts surged to an 8-month high. This indicates that apart from construction of new homes gaining momentum, builders are optimistic on their future sales, too.

In keeping with this trend, Ryland has been making continuous efforts to open new homes and communities, and meet its customers demand. Earlier this month, Ryland Group has unveiled a number of new homes.

Last month, the company unveiled eight model homes in three communities at Maryland and Virginia in the Washington D.C metro area. The floor plans of these new homes include single family, condos and town homes. The three communities include East Gate in Chantilly, VA, Norbeck Crossing in Silver Spring, MD and Brick Yard Station in Beltsville, MD.

Accelerating job growth and increasing consumer confidence are boosting the demand for new homes. As a result, in a bid to cater to the increasing demand, companies like Ryland, Lennar Corp. (LEN), Pulte Group Inc. (PHM) and NVR Inc. (NVR) are investing heavily in building homes.

Ryland Homes currently carries a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
