The transaction closed on July 17, 2014.

Your Container Solutions, Inc., (YCS) was founded in 2000 and manufactures customized, high-quality wood shipping crates, boxes, and skids, primarily serving the oil and gas sector. Over the previous 3-4 years, YCS doubled its revenues and profits through emphasizing high-quality standards in its products along with a superior turnaround time to their customers. They also benefited from the resurgence of the oil and gas activity in Houston.

Managing Director, Michael Goss, and Senior M&A Advisor, Gary Milleson, led the Generational Equity deal team that advised YCS on the transaction.
