DALLAS, July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Caregiver Services, a division of Country Home Care Ltd., headquartered in Ontario, Canada, by a private investor. The acquisition closed on June 13, 2014.

Caregiver Services, now Caregiver Services Ltd., staffed with over 100 Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Caregivers, provides a wide range of non-medical in-home care assistance to seniors.
