In acquiring ProTek HVAC, RECURRENT will also retain the existing staff which includes licensed technicians and founding member, Master HVAC Mechanic and General Manager Marty Englert.

The decision to acquire ProTek was influenced by market demand for integrated services in facility and energy management.
