to terms for the acquisition of the Quebec based corporate services
division of D+H known as C.R.A.C. (Corporate Research and Analysis
Centre). The purchase includes the departments fulfilling incorporation
services, trademarks and corporate accessories. The transaction is
expected to close in May.

complimentary services albeit in different geographic markets. We are

C.R.A.C. will operate under its own name and conduct business from its
present location at 1080 Beaver Hall in Montreal.
