LAFAYETTE, Colo., April 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — TerraXML announces the sale of its PTC Arbortext services business unit to EAC Product Development Solutions (EAC). The business unit was tasked with customization and support of Arbortext implementations for organizations integrating dynamic authoring and publishing solutions to help create and manage technical information.

Historically, TerraXML and EAC have worked closely on projects requiring Arbortext publishing support. The acquisition of the TerraXML Arbortext services business unit enables EAC to perform this work independently, while maintaining a close partnership where TerraXML can now in turn rely on EAC for supporting future Arbortext deployments.
