TAMPA, Fla., March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Walter Investment Management Corp. (NYSE: WAC) (“Walter Investment” or the “Company”) today announced that it has received necessary approvals and has closed on two previously announced acquisitions of mortgage servicing rights (MSR) with, in aggregate, approximately $40 billion of unpaid principal balance (UPB).
