wholly-owned subsidiary, Newcap Inc., has received approval from the
Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (“CRTC”) to
purchase from Rogers Broadcasting Limited the radio broadcasting
licence CHNI-FM in Saint John, New Brunswick.
