CHICAGO, Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — Seaton, a Chicago-based outsourced provider of human capital management, announced it has acquired HRX, a leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider headquartered in Sydney, Australia. HRX will join Seaton’s operating brands, which include Staff Management|SMX, PeopleScout and StudentScout and will be known as HRX, a PeopleScout Company.

The combined organization has more than 44,000 employees serving over 200 clients across 71 countries. This acquisition significantly extends the current global RPO leadership position of the PeopleScout division.

Seaton recently announced 30% organic revenue growth in the fourth quarter of 2013 driven by growth in every service offering and the largest new client win year in the company’s history.
