ONTARIO, Calif., Dec. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Prime Healthcare Services announced today that it has completed the Rhode Island acquisitions of Landmark Medical Center and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island. Through their subsidiaries, Prime Healthcare Services and the non-profit Prime Healthcare Foundation now have more than 30,000 employees and own and operate 25 hospitals.
