Lone Oak Announces Extension of Tender Offer

WANCHAI, Hong Kong, Dec. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Lone Oak Acquisition Corporation (“Lone Oak” or the “Company”) (OTC Bulletin Board: LOKKF), a special purpose acquisition company, previously announced that it had extended the expiration of its previously announced tender offer to purchase up to 505,636 of its ordinary shares, par value $0.001 per share, at a purchase price of $8.21 per share, net to the seller in cash, without interest.

The tender offer, which was previously scheduled to expire at 5:00 pm (New York City time) on Thursday, December 19, 2013, will now expire at 5:00 pm (New York City time) on Monday, December 23, 2013, unless otherwise extended or earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of the tender offer. Through December 18, 2013, 70,717 of Lone Oak’s ordinary shares had been tendered in the tender offer.
