Roth Observatory International Launches in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia

Roth Associates and The Observatory International, specialist client/agency management consultancies, have announced they are merging to form Roth Observatory International. Having worked closely together since 2007, the merger is a strategic step to provide a unified global offering across both businesses’ key markets in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

With offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Edinburgh, Hamburg, Warsaw, Zurich, Johannesburg, Singapore and Tokyo, Roth Observatory International will offer:

The merger will consolidate the businesses under the name Roth Observatory International and will operate globally using the same methodologies, data and intellectual property. Roth Observatory International will continue to provide the same best in class consulting on a local, regional and global basis.

The newly formed consultancy will build on the strength of The Observatory International brand across Europe, Africa and Asia, and the Roth Associates brand in North America. Roth Associates was founded in the United States in 1987 and has been a recognized leader in agency search and selection, compensation, and relationship consulting. The Observatory International was founded in 2007 and has rapidly become a leader in these practice areas in the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

While Roth Observatory International will have a single back office function, each office will remain responsible for growth in its home market, ensuring each excels within their own territories, while working together cohesively as a global business for a range of global clients. Each office will participate in its organizations’ Global Agency Compensation Council and Global Digital Council, which share Global best practices, data and insights to inform consulting engagements worldwide.
