As per the agreement signed, the acquisition will encompass transfer of all assets and intellectual properties to a new entity branded SuperiorTag Business Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., SBS India.

WebTag, a renowned company, has over the years been consistently developing and deploying state of the art, cutting edge smartphone applications, professional web solutions, cloud based applications and hosting services. In addition, WebTag has its product base in Digital Signage niche, branded DigitalTag that has wide customer base across India.
