After its March 2013 acquisition of Pixmac, a Czech Republic-based network of stock imagery sites, Pond5 found itself with operations in 17 countries and multiple payment processor relationships. Pond5 wanted to consolidate its payments operations onto a single platform, but its current payments provider could not support all of the local currencies and alternative payment methods with which its customers were accustomed. After conducting a competitive review of four global payment providers, Adyen was chosen for its ability to provide localized payment support in all markets, consolidate multiple international payment providers, and provide one, holistic view of Pond5’s entire global payments operations on a single platform.

Additionally, Pond5 will gain access to Adyen’s rich reporting capabilities, conversion analytics applications, advanced in-house risk solution, and A/B testing capabilities of its hosted payment pages.
