LAS VEGAS, June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — American Casino & Entertainment Properties LLC (“ACEP”), and ACEP Finance Corp. (together with ACEP, the “Company”), announced today that the early settlement date for their previously announced tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to purchase any and all of their outstanding 11% Senior Secured Notes due 2014 (the “Notes”) is expected to be on or prior to the expiration date, which is currently 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on July 5, 2013, rather than on or about June 24, 2013. All other dates in connection with the Tender Offer are as previously announced.
