Specialized business service provider Cintas Corporation (CTAS) recently announced a reshuffle in some of its top leadership roles in sales and operations to fortify it for further growth.

Cintas has promoted Todd Schneider from Senior Vice President of Sales to President and Chief Operating Officer of the Rental division, which generated 70% of total revenue during the last reported quarter. Bob Mitchell, who was formerly Vice President – Sales of Emerging Businesses, now occupies the position of Senior Vice President – Sales of the Rental division.

Moreover, Jay Bruscato has been promoted from regional Vice President of Sales to Vice President of the First Aid and Safety division, which contributed 10% to the company’s total revenue during the last quarter.

Cintas believes that its strategy of reorganizing some of the key management roles will facilitate in consolidating its position as one of the best companies in the industry. The enterprise believes that these leaders, through their marketing and operational expertise, will boost revenues and drive operational excellence.

Cintas anticipates record revenues in fiscal 2013 and the strategic move of reshuffling its top leaders is likely to help in this endeavor.

Cintas classifies its businesses into two operating segments – Rental Uniforms and Ancillary Products, and Other Services. Other Services consists of Uniform Direct Sales, First Aid, Safety and Fire Protection, and Document Management. The company reported relatively modest fiscal 2013 third-quarter results with a 6.3% year-over-year increase in revenue.

Cintas currently has a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold). Better performing companies in the industrial product sector include AO Smith Corp. (AOS), CECO Environmental Corp. (CECE) and Graco Inc. (GGG), all of which have a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy).
