TORONTO, June 3, 2013 /CNW/ – The Carme Trust (the “Trust“) today announced that it has acquired and indirectly holds 5,182,601
common shares (the “Shares“) in the capital of Alliance Grain Traders Inc. (“AGT“), representing approximately 26.09% of the issued and outstanding
Shares, calculated on a non-diluted basis. The Trust acquired the
Shares from Mr. Huseyin Arslan and certain of his family members.

Mr. Murad Al-Katib, the Chief Executive Officer of AGT, is the sole
trustee of the Trust and therefore has voting control over the Shares
owned by the Trust.
